Our 7 night tour arrives and departs Warsaw, and includes visits to Czestochowa to the holiest relic in Poland - the Byzantine icon of the Black Madonna as well as to the monastery founded by St. Maximillian Kolbe, who gave his life in place of the life of one of his fellow prisoners in Auschwitz concentration camp, and was canonised in 1982.
From Kracow a visit is made to the Congregation of the Sisters of the Divine Mercy with the tomb of St. Sister Faustina, who worked and died there, as well as visiting the many sites of the city. A visit is made to Wadowice, birthplace of Pope John Paul II as well as to the Weiliczka Salt mine, which is over 700 years old with it's underground chapels and chambers entirely wrought in salt
It is also possible to combine a visit to the historic and beautiful city of Prague, where a visit is made to the Shrine of the Infant of Prague.
